Teen-Beat House

A house located at 715 North Wakefield Street in Arlington, Virginia which served as the Teen-Beat office, warehouse, practice space, and residence.

The original four residents were Andrew Beaujon, Robert Christiansen, Mark Robinson, and Evan Shurak.

It's tenants were given one month to move out in July of 1998, when the owners had decided to sell the house to developers who then demolished the house (save for the foundation). Teen-Beat was not given the opportunity to purchase the building.

Bands that rehearsed in the house regularly include Eggs, Unrest, Grenadine, Air Miami, and Flin Flon. Bands that slept there include Vomit Launch, Tel Aviv, Wimp Factor 14...
