A short booklet listing Teen-Beat's 1992 first quarter sales and other information such as upcoming projects. Three more reports for the remaining three quarters of 1992 were planned, but not created. A comprehensive annual report for 1993 contained results for all of 1992.

The Teen-Beat logos on the front and back covers are pasted on and were taken from previously printed Teen-Beat catalogues; the back cover logo is most likely cut from surplus jackets from Teen-Beat 82.
