Constructed by hand out of stock Virginia diner placemats. Three rubber stamps applied: 1. Teen-Beat logo address (in blue on the back cover), 2. band name and title (on front in black), and 3. "1999 Teen-Beat 279" (on front in black).

LABELS:
Stock Teen-Beat labels: metallic silver ink on orange paper.

INNER-SLEEVES:
Standard white paper sleeve with die-cut hole over label diameter.

OUTER-SLEEVES:
6 mil polypropylene plastic sleeve.

CATALOGUE:
